Portal banner

Your portal banner is the image that covers the width of your public home page. The same image is also used for the portal's Contact page.  

The best image to choose is one that represents your organisation, but does not contain any words. Words will distract your audience from the headline which will be published over the image. 

The image must have a maximum file size of 2MB and be at least 1200 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall.

To add a portal banner, in Settings choose Shared Details and click on the pencil next to Portal banner. You'll then be able to drag an image or select an image to upload. 

Organisation logo

The logo of your organisation will appear in all your activities when they are published.  

The image must have a maximum file size of 2MB and be square, ideally 960 by 960 pixels. 

To add a logo, in Settings choose Shared Details and click on the pencil next to Logo. You'll then be able to drag an image or select an image to upload.
